Proudly hailing from the Lone Star state, PROTEST is an unrelenting, no bullshit metal onslaught. Period. Drawing upon paths blazed before them by the founders of thrash, hardcore and punk, the band appeals to a variety of fans with their cross-bred compositions and unparalleled technical chops. The winning combination of hard-hitting drums, buzzsaw guitar riffs, full-tilt solos and commanding vocals set the stage for their stories of social injustices, corruption, religion and the dark recesses of the human psyche. The band has shared the stage with Superjoint, Kreator, Overkill, Obituary, Prong, Goatwhore, Soulfly, Crowbar, D.R.I. and many more.

The title track opens the EP with a chilling tale of terrorism from the perspective of the terrorist. The second offering is a hardcore-esque stomper titled Fueled By Hate which details the wrath of an individual losing control over being dealt a bad hand throughout their life.
